Recruiting for Chartered Surveyors
It has perhaps never been a more interesting time to work in Compulsory Purchase.
Housing Estates across London are being regenerated, leaving more potential clients to represent than there has been in decades. Residents are facing a difficult challenge of navigating their way through compulsory purchase and securing financial settlements that are enough for them to buy elsewhere and move on with their lives.
We are looking for Chartered Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors to join our team.
It is a highly rewarding challenge, negotiating deals that have significant impact on our clients’ lives. It can also be emotionally challenging so patience is a bare minimum of what is required. Quite often, we have to go the extra mile for our clients, not only delivering excellent service but also guiding them through a very upsetting experience.
It is not the typical role for a Surveyor but it is a highly rewarding one, both in the very competitive salary and bonus packages we can offer but also in the help that we provide our clients.
We have big ambitions, an excellent reputation and a clear growth plan which we are already taking very positive strides towards.
We also pride ourselves on our Sawyer Fielding gives back service, our philanthropic aim of helping charities close to where our clients live.
We are willing to consider applications from people with or without Compulsory Purchase experience as long as they have an RICS accredited degree. More senior roles would require Chartered status.
If you are a Surveyor and would be interested in meeting for an informal chat about one of the roles we have, please e-mail your CV to danknowles@sawyerfielding.co.uk or go to our careers page under the about us tab. Alternatively you can call our Director, Dan Knowles on 020 3011 5300.
