Heathrow expansion — register your interest
The Government published its draft Heathrow Expansion National Policy Statement in June 2026, with consultation open until 1 September 2026. Around 750 homes sit within the compulsory acquisition zone, with more qualifying for voluntary purchase just outside the runway boundary.
If you own a home in the affected area you can appoint your own chartered surveyor — paid for by Heathrow — to make sure your valuation and compensation are fair. We're already advising owners in the zone and can guide you through what happens next.
