The Fenwick Estate is within the London Borough of Lambeth and is located off Landor Road.
The Estate is adjacent to Clapham North Underground Station on the Northern Line.
The estate was built in the 1960’s and comprises a mix of linear and courtyard blocks. That are a maximum of 4 storeys in height.
The estate is predominantly surrounded by Victorian terraced housing with some more modern blocks of flats that have been built in the last few years.
The Council have been unwilling to pay what we would consider to be a fair fee and as such have been discussing our fees directly with residents and have a number of options available.
