Clapham Park

The Clapham Park area is spread over 36 hectares in the London Borough of Lambeth. It spans over Brixton, Streatham, Balham and Clapham.

The area is well served by numerous bus routes and is also within walking distance of Clapham South and Clapham North Underground Stations on the Northern Line.

Back in 2005 a stock transfer was made from Lambeth Council to Metropolitan Housing Association (now Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association following a merger) which was voted for by the residents. Since Metropolitan haven taken ownership they have refurbished 100’s of properties and also built 100’s of new builds. The next stage of the masterplan is for the demolition and regeneration of some of the Clapham Park Area.

We are representing a large number of homeowners affected by Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Associations plans. We are negotiating Market Value, related compensation and guiding clients through the process. We are also assisting with issues such as relocations, tenant evictions and tax implications.
