It’s an exciting time at Sawyer Fielding at the moment. Only three years ago, we were a team of only 3. Now we’re about to become a team of 9 and we’d still like a couple more qualified Surveyors to join us.
We’ve disrupted the market, offering a service we like to think is far better than our competitors and we’ve enjoyed the challenges together as a team. We’re mostly young and work in a very hi tech way, which helps us to punch comfortably above our weight, offering a high quality service to our clients. This includes all valuations on IPads and our custom designed case management system. As a rarity, we are almost a paperless office.
Our working environment is supportive with lots of banter and we work flexibly wherever possible.
We have also recently launched a non Compulsory Purchase brand called Websters Surveyors as well so our team members undertake an array of general practice and specialist work. Websters Surveyors work in leasehold reform, provide valuations for issues such as staircasing, taxation and matrimonial disputes and an array of Surveys.
Most of our work is in North and West London, albeit we do cover most of the capital. Key schemes include the Heathrow Third runway and Estate Regeneration schemes in the boroughs of Barnet, Haringey, Ealing, Newham, Wandsworth, Erith and Lambeth.
