There is no requirement to answer these but the more you answer and the more detail you provide, the better we can support you.

If there is a shared equity or shared ownership scheme available on your Estate, are you interested in it?

We’re sometimes able to help with finding elsewhere to buy for those that choose to. The more we know about your personal circumstances, the more we are able to help. Some of the following questions may seem intrusive but are very much designed to enable us to help you. Please only answer what you feel comfortable with. We would not share any sensitive information with the buyer or anyone working with them.

How many bedrooms do you need/want?
What sort of property are you likely to move to?
What other requirements would you have for where you are looking to buy?
Financial circumstances
If you have a mortgage on a fixed rate (or other reduced rate), when does that reduce rate finish?
(Please be aware that this can impact on compensation where there is documentary evidence)
If there is a redemption penalty (early repayment charge) on your mortgage that you’d like us to try and reclaim, please provide details
